Why Personal Training?
There are many different reasons why people use personal trainers.
Novice exercisers use personal trainers to teach them the correct techniques in order to avoid injury and obtain the best results.
Experienced exercisers use personal trainers to keep them motivated and educate them in new ways to improve their fitness level.
Whatever the reason, everybody has one common reason for using a personal trainer: to get results!
We Have Everything You Need!
Our personal training gym is equipped with dumbbells ranging in weight from 2lbs to 75lbs, barbells, a cable machine, leg press, Smith machine, treadmill, and much more.
The goals of your training sessions are determined by you along with your trainer, whether it be weight loss, weight gain, strength gain or even just improved overall fitness. We never allow more than four exercisers in the gym at one time, so there are no crowds or waiting for equipment.

- Private Training
Work one-on-one with any of our experienced certified trainers. Let’s face it – there’s nothing better than individual attention to help you keep focused and attain your fitness goals. Let one of our qualified staff work directly with you to create your perfect, personal routine.
- Partner Training
Why work alone when you can bring a friend? During these sessions you and a partner can work on your fitness goals together! Having a regular partner is a great way to stay motivated and committed – and it saves money!
And if you don’t already have a partner and want one, we’ll find one for you!
